WRONG President dies

I know this is not racing related, but I have been told ( I hope my source is correct ) that the ZAMBIAN PRESIDENT has died from a stroke, earlier today.

GOD, sorry to say this bit you got it HORRIBLY WRONG. You removed the president of OLD NORTHERN RHODESIA ( NOW ZAMBIA ) we all know it should have been the president from OLD SOUTHERN RHODESIA ( NOW ZIMBABWE )

My request to you, please TRY again & PLEASE GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME. !

Any NEW government in Zimbabwe gives the local folk plus the racing industry a chance to prosper in years to come. As things remain now, it looks very bleak.

Elvis, I have just read in the Business Day that the Zambian President is not dead, but recovering in a Parisian Hospital.

Apparently, Thabo also got it wrong, had a minutes silence for the man yesterday, and produced a tear in the eye speech about what a good president he was; only to be informed an houy later that the man was indeed, alive!

yeah i got this one wrong big time, apparently there is a big difference between ill / critically ill / & DEAD

But hey, at least i was in GOOD company... my source came off the phone, not the t.v. or radio ( so much for rumours - certainly applies to racing too )
