Dubai race place payouts

.....what are the rules concerning paying 3 or 4 places in a 16+ field... :huh:

.....got places on the 4 placed horse in the last race last night.....the TT genie said it paid ZAR7+
for 4th as 17 runners and 1 scratching.....check my balance when IT genie finally opens tote system(late)....and not a winner....no increase in the balance....so what is the rule regarding placing payouts....and when will the TT okes stop giving misinformation..... :dry:

Might be UK rules? But if it’s not co mingled I’m not sure why they have to be different?
