Afdeek - race well fixed

Afdeek drifts pre race from 11/20 to 14/10 on WSB

Arrives at the start mysteriously unshod on one front leg

Farrier can put on another racing shoe

Everyone knew that at that point the fix was set

Duly gets beaten

Well done to the fixers!

You guys are as transparent as the Zuptas in your robbery

Agree. Extremely poor show. The horse should have scratched.

It was terrible for the punter, but no way was it fixed

Horse should have been scratched

What makes me say that is the alarming drift before the race

Once it arrives without the shoe at the start it was obvious that it was done on purpose

Are you going to back up those comments with proof?

When did the drift start?

Would imagine that horse needed a good run today to try and make a feature race , field, so doubt remaining a maiden was the plan today

Bokked, this is the second time he got beat when odds on. He was worth taking on IMO. He deserved to be favorite, but in no way was he an odds on shot.

well the connections are not short of cash and any farrier that would risk his reputation and job for something like this is mad - I suspect nothing sinister - not much to gain but lots to lose for all involved

I take on board all the comments. I believe that Lionel and Mr Hawaii posted fair comments

Prima facie it was very suspicious

....as far as I am aware....the trainer or trainers representative on course has to 1st give permission for shoes to be removed....and race without them.....

Or blinkers? Next race should be interesting. I'm sure he's not there for a holiday. As I said, worthy favorite, but worth taking on at that price for me.
