Evryone has their opinion on our commentators....sittting at Cape Town Int and listening to him call today is amazing with enthusiasm and makes you feel you at the course. The vibe in his calling today is good.....like the Aussie one said last week "ITS TURN FOR HOME THE VALLEY IS ROCKING THE WORLD IS WATCHING" (stand to be corrected ) in calling winx home commentators have those phrases to get tje crowd going even when u call for commentary. Well done Sheldon

Now that's a commentary, "Mujaafy", Sheldon Peters different class in SA. Great to hear him, brings back memories of Trevor Denman calling home Delectable Day at Clairwood . WELL DONE Sheldon on a great call.

Thats the commentator callling the race as he sees it, making in race assessments -- you don't get to one final conclusion when watching events unfold before your eye's -- so it's great that he's assessing the pace for us as well - and that pace at that stage was just developing -- the horses where bunching as he was calling and then started stretching a little as he called --- so he was spot on.

I cannot remember which commentator - but gold cup --- calling into the straight -- "and as they turn for home in the Big one" a simple statement but the dramtization and enthusiam drew an immediate roar from the crowd --- I never forget that stretch call.
