Hearing our friend James is thinking of retiring from training?

Correct Bob.Will be auctioning all mine and my partners horses on 16th December at my stables in Summerveld. The demographics have changed and small yards find it increasingly tough.
Sad day but i cant make a living with 20 odd horses and dont want to run a big operation again.

Can never forget as a youngster going to Germiston and seeing you there in your best suite and fat cigar on the mouth - Never lighten .

In a way it was inspirational and all part of me loving Saturday Afternoons at the race course .

Hope you are going to rather spend time picking welings off the Ozzie sales , do that rather as that is where the money lies - and less problems.

James you bred a horse that gave me and my fellow owners lots of fun and a few wins to boot - Another Schlepp - Only reason we bought her is that I loved her mom who you trained Nog Shlepper - Last Watch also was a great horse
