Who Decides What to Bet On?

We have a lovely full field Kempton card, and the idiots decide to not offer the full exotics and coverage of that, but rather take a France jackpot, that could've been taken on any of the earlier France meetings when there was no racing to compete with.
Do they even realize the difference in pool sizes. It must be LOVELY to not have any targets to work towards in this role.

Making his debut at Kempton i really fancy Harbour Lights. Trainer wins often with first timers,Half-brother to 3 winners, including 11.5f/1½m winner Qelaan and 7f winner Nasaq. Dam 1m winner who stayed 10.4f. This race is over 10f so should suit to the ground. A nice price at 14/1 as well.
