Jack Milner: The appeal by Phumelela Gaming and Leisure Ltd against the Gambling Board and eight others was upheld in the Gauteng High Court on Friday morning.

Judge Margaret Victor handed down judgement, setting aside the 2015 decision of Judge Wright, which said that Tellytrack could only charge a nominal monthly rate of R6000 plus an annual increase set at the inflation rate.
