"One for the day" Best Bet

Let's keep it to horse racing!

Why not post our best bet ( only one ) on this thread and keep the daily racing threads for banter and race by race tipping ?

Would be great to get a reason why also, imo this thread good help folk with exotic bets !

E.g.

Race 1 Vaal Sand, Dobbin was noted running on over 1200m, will go close today over 1400m

Race 7 Casa De Var
Consistent filly and beaten into third lto by Anyday Anytime.Gave that one 6.5kg and thats reduced to 5 today.Bunch Of Thyme was second on that day so will be watching her performance in the third race.Not many in with a chance on current form and looks the safe option.Has the experience of Wrogemann as an advantage

Don't take too much out of Bunch Of Thyme's fourth place finish as it was never going to win from where it was placed.Wrogemann owes the punters one so let's hope he brings Casa De Var home for you mydada.

i have 2 of interest in the same R7

JET SAILOR E/W 14/1
been by sail from seattle, will prefer the 1000m. 2 runs back won over 1000m with broken stirrups albeit a work riders race.
CAPE SISKIN e/w 33/1
ran a quick time over the 1000m back end of 2016 and as been running over longer since then, so could surprise at big odds.
preference is for JET SAILOR

The Big Short running at Brighton with champion elect de Sousa riding although at 7/4 this should win. Winner at Leicester in June. 9/2, good second of 13 in handicap at Goodwood (5f, good to firm) 22 days ago. Running well and entitled to utmost respect here.
