Race 1: Seattle Spell and Zettabyte make most appeal on form. Highland Captain was strongly supported in the market LR, so cannot overlook Hewitson's switch to Seattle spell, and the blinkers coming off. Benchmark was another strongly supported on debut, and I didn't know what to make of Synergy prior to the scratching of Benchmark - the scratching makes Synergy a big runner. (Synergy, Seattle Spell, Zettabyte)

Race 2: Rarely does one horse tick virtually every box , like Run For Your Life does in this race. But all he has to show for that is a 2nd to space Tatoo, who hasn't set the tracks alight. That leads me to Fritz Nobis - strongly supported on debut for the stable and running on very smartly over shorter - but I got even more interested in the market activity already showing around his stable companion Piera. So either Piera is the winner or Fritz Nobis improves over the 1200 and wins .Barring more market indicators I am leaning to Piera

Race 3: The one to beat is Cover Page. I like the run behind Honest Ally, didn't seem to like 1200m, draw a line through it's last start and now back at 1000m, ready to deliver a performance that will be hard to beat. Boxley, stable companion to obvious contender Burning Mist, and starting favorite needs respect. But I am with Cover Page from Boxley and Burning Mist - Put Cherika in the mix for the minor's as well.

Race 4: Varonella is the one to beat. It Looks like the two Spies horses could do just that Fire Horse looking just that much better than Kingoftheworld. Oriental Tiger can be in the mix for the minors as well. (Fire Horse, Varonella, Kingoftheworld, Oriental Tiger) Make It Count and Fire In The Belly are two unknowns that coould surprise.

Race 5: Silver Blade looking to use the weight advantage to come home in front of Just Like Magic, Apoc and Trieze in with a Shout as well..

Race 6: No information on the polytrack for Coyote Creek and Sacred Oration , but they have to be respected. Of those that can be assessed Cat In Command looks the best, and is coupled with Coyote Creek -- so watch the market there.

Race 7: Real Puzzle - Anyone would assume Banjo Buzz would perform here - but cannot be sure, same can be said for Tricia Du Pont , Then We have Hot Toddy in the mix - valediction has a chance with Petty Officer, and who knows how Fantasy Quest will go ---- take your pick.

Race 8: Tamashi is the classic Maiden Winner attempting to follow up in a lowly HCP, and has many in the field held on the Katniss run- it looks a stiff ask, but we saw today 100% maiden follow ons in lowly handicaps and even at 12/1 cannot be discounted. She's figuring to try and beat Night Dancer and Just Lucky. My preference in this race is Sweet Chestnut with Juds Express maybe also having a say. (Sweet Chestnut, Tamashi, Juds Express)

Race 1 Synergy, Seattle spell
Race 2 Fritz Nobis, Piera
Race 3 Cover Page, Boxley, Burning Mist
Race 4 Zip Line, Fire Horse, Make It Count, Fire In The Belly
Race 5 Silver Blade, Just Like Magic, Apoc, Trieze
Race 6 Cat In Command, Sacred Oration, Coyote Creek, Master James
Race 7 Hot Toddy, Banjo Buzz, Valediction, Fantasy Quest
Race 8 Tamashi, Sweet Chestnut, Juds Express, Night Dancer

I like Irish brave at 33/1 in the first. It was clearly fancied last time out and had excused, good EW shout for me.

on form I agree with you, but i have a "fairview modifier" in my bets at fairview which involves looking at horses that will be lucky to run a place.. and then betting them for a win hahaha
