How often the stable jockey picks the wrong horse to ride in the July Handicap.
Felix Coetzee main stable jockey for Terence Millard picked the wrong ride:
1983 Tecla Bluff - Mark Sutherland
1986 Occult - Bartie Leisher
1989 Right Prerogative - Mark Sutherland

S.Kumalo main stable jockey Sean Tarry picked the incorrect one:
2012 Pomodoro - Pierre Strydom

Should Marcus ride The Conglomerate instead of EON?

Interesting question, the same should be put to Fayd 'Herbe because his choice of mount's is rather by design and not by choice due to his riding weight. Hypothetically, if he had the choice of the Snaith runners (in the July), what would his have been?
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
