There are about 4/6 bookmaker's still on course. Only 0.11% of pick 6 was won. Vaughan said after the race that he hadn't expected to win.

One of my mates who is a member here got 1% of pick 6 for R50. He started the day with R20.

i was told only 4 bookmakers have been granted licenses to stand at greyville by virtue of a tender and only two been given for scotsville also by means of a tender ..in fact the gold circle owned track and ball were automatically granted one of the berths at both greyville and scotsville and morris vee was the only other bookie at pmb with track and ball ..at greyville track and ball morris vee wayne thompson and one other were the bookies ..has this all changed craig and if so who are the other bookmakers that stand at pmb ?

thanks thought as much ..another mistake the golden boys made was to stick the satchel boys under the grandstand and not out in the open where they were thats besides throwing out the other bookies ..once again personal vendettas to the detriment of the game ..bookies bring atmosphere and character to the game especially the independants

Pirates I will look next time on course. Just seen the cubicles but haven't looked at names. Greyville looks like a few more than Scottsville.

they the same bookie but just have different points of sale at greyville

Pretty sure that there are more than 1. At least 5 cubicles being used. Use tote and Hollywood for bets so never really taken too much notice.
