Trainers with real crap horses

I have a suggestion
u have the owners paying u monthly but the horse they paying for is real shite. Never gonna win a race never gonna run a place.
Big ups for the optimism but horse not a racer.
why not offer those owners a Leased horse. sure lots of leases available at the moment.
most small owners race for the enjoyment not big monies.
just a thought. may keep a few more small owners in the game until NHRA comes up with a new sustaainable model for small owners/trainers/jockeys

I got tore apart breeding and selling horses.
I just bought back a Pathfork filly out of Markofdisticntion which is a Oaks Trial winner/Black Type at the CTS March Sale at the minimum price.
She is of course qualified for the CTS millions. I am keeping 50% and anyone interested can lease the other half. The cost is just the entry cost for the CTS millions in 2019. Who ever takes a share also share the prize money. In otherwords, FREE!
She is smallish but correct, athletic and racey. You can of course visit her at Vanree Stud before deciding. The condition is that it will be a double lease, again also FREE, on a The Apache/Helen Back filly at Rosedene Stud. This one is normal size and correct.
So, if interested please contact me or Leon Setaro, the Pathfork will go to a Cape trainer amongst voting by shareholders and The Apache will go to Leon.
Lease period, up till they turn 5 or leaseholder can quit anytime. New sahreholder will just need to pay for cost of registration. Yes, lease shareholder will have his name on the horse.
All billing through Equine under a seperate individual account but they do incur administrative charges.
Please point out to me if these conditions are appropriate. Again, this is not concrete or final until put on paper and signed. So I can also back out prior to that.
