At last my grand kids are gone home with their interferring mother. always complaing and moaning that i play the horses. What else has an old bugger like myself got to do in the winter of my life? You tell me. I see Dancers Daughter won. I wanted to have a bet on the horse but i could not becasue as i said the daughter was hanging around. Maybe she is worried that the inheritance will be fretted out on the geegees. Well shes right most of its either gone to the ponies or the machines. What does she expect me to do? Sit in my chair,which i have had for 45 years now, and die. I need my bet everyday, Since my Gladys passed on life is boring. So come on boys give old Charlie some winners.
