Very True. However from what I have noticed is that is when you separate the Boys from the Men. Top men and woman trainers , have to then raise their games and they do. They have to pick better at sales with no money , they have to run top class stables at no costs and hold on to their owners all at the same time. That takes a lot of very hard work dedication and drive. Its a hard game.
