......certainly looks like it.....no one here wanted to dive in to say that he was the dark horse in the Met.....me included.....his ped credentials were no reason for him to keep his balls.....now they want to stitch them back on..... :lol:

There was evidence he had probably improved past Marinaresco......the question was whether that was enough?

....had he won a GR1 race with his nuts in tact.....would have given me nightmares of him being at stud.... :oops:

MY gross ratings after Met:

Legal Eagle 121 (ran to 120 ....but will still be a 121 at Turfontein IMO)
Captain America116
Whisky Baron 116
Gold Standard 114
Marinaresco 115

Rob, I agree except Whisky Baron. He was 1.8 lengths in front of Capt America at level WFA, so 4 points better than CA, so WB ran 120.
