Evening Gents, having had a few passings reported on this site,in the last few months, how about this as an idea.

The guys that put together the Racing programme each quarter, keep a record of those that have passed during the previous quarter and name a race after the decesed in their Honor.

Obviously if the person has been in racing for several decades they can bestow the honour on an annual race - thereby said individual is always remembered.

Respectfully, Jim.
