Hi Johnny
We have experienced slowdowns between the period of 2.15 and 2.45 as the UK49s afternoon draw closes at 2.45 (and the amount of bets coming through). Our team has worked on reducing this slow down, and we will continue until it doesn't happen. However please let us know if the system is still giving you problems with striking your bets?

seems to be okay now, thanks Dev
One thing that really needs attention is when you leave h/wood for 6/7 min to check your other sites like ABC or something else or you take too long to place your bet,you have to log in again ,then often you can't get your bet on.
This is very irritating. Not your fault maybe,but surely you should be able to negate this
