With Jiggery Pokery scratched, I make After Midnight a strong bet....doubles with the short priced The Tripster if you want to.

Actually, i don't like The Tripster... just make it a straight bet

I haven't had a bet on the island for ages but happened to just watch the last race -put a horse "Please to Progress"(hope i heard right ) in the notebook for next time!
The horse must have run over a hundred meters further than anything else and ran a great race in 3rd !!!!

I backed "Please to Progress" about a month ago but it was unplaced. A lot of horses running in Mauritius seem to be overdue for wins in the future - HARRYHOPEITHAPPENS, ALPHA PEGASI, EK THA TIGER, CANADIAN DOLLAR, to name a few. Most of these have placed atleast twice in the last month and a half ;)
