This remains a real problem!
The Computaform downloads are unavailable ,but not a connectivity problem, so clearly a personnel downloading problem!
Any attempt to contact customer care to get any feedback as to when they might be available is thwarted, as also unavailable!
It is remarkable how one section of a listed company can be so consistently lacking in service!

Although not happy I cant get them, I am happy im not the only one battling :sick:
