Probably some value in there somewhere if one can figure out who will run and who won't .......from the race conditions:
Determination of Final Field at the sole discretion of the Operator, with
selection from three tiers,
TIER 1 - 57kg & above, TIER 2 - 53kg to 56,5kg & TIER 3 - 50kg to 52,5kg
So will there be more or less the same number of runners in each 'tier' ? Because in the noms there are many more entries in the 'top' and 'bottom' tier than in the 'middle' tier ?

RF - as I understand it, it will be a proper handicap - what I am not clear about is how many runners there will be from each 'tier' ? Because then one can make assumptions on which runners will get in ?

Yes true handicap , but I'm hoping that in a handicap of that size, there will be the odd underrated horse!
I'm not going to try and jump the gun though!

Graded and Listed winners are subject to a penalty if that win occurred in the last 18 months.

Very good wonderful setting but long drive pretoria and back lol
One thing I will say in advance it's difficult to price up maybe an exchange principle via WSB would be the answer to let the market find itself and in addition they will give you betting voucher if your ante post bet in scratched plus a few more innovative ideas as the race day approaches
Met Nick Gordon, has just joined "in a rush" and a good lad sure he can help make a difference with a difficult challenge but has a bit racing blood and a good CV for the job
So let's get ready to rumble
