well simple answer is that is your opinion but they were not the same Blings was far far more severe as i have explained as to why already in previous posts - watch the replay and you will see - or if you dont agree ask Justin Snaith for a professional opinion.With all due respect if you think they were the same then we watching different races because to anyone who knows how to view a race it was far more severe in Blings case. Bob just a question please can you explain on what basis you feel they were the same offence and leave out the fact that both horses ran second - aside from that why are they the same?

did you read my previous posts - you missing the point - it is not only about the outcome ? am i speaking Japaneze or what - does this not make sense? My opinion

Mr H pointed out both charges above.

Striker - he did a silly thing by putting his hands down and not noticing the horse on the inside.

Bling - he did a silly thing and actually was posing without noticing the other horse coming to nip him.

Two different things. . As a punter same result if I was on the horse that did not win.

Personally if striker got 20 days , why does Bling get 60?

Dean i dont give a continental if noone agrees with me but all i am saying we all know the outcomes were the same so if someone says hence the penalties must be the same what logic is that? give reasons as to why strikers offence is that same - that is all i am asking and all i get is a load of hogwash and that question doesn''t get answered. the point is they were far different offences that is all i am saying and i dont care if anybody agrees or not but that is a fact.
