Maybe they finally come to their senses and gonna scratch! Zechner to ride Rabada? Hmmm that would throw a spanner into the works!

However I feel Rabada gets scratched due to it running this weekend!

Whyte is declared on Justin Snaith horses on other races on July Day. So he should know how the track is running by the July race itself.

Couple years ago Love Struck ran in the million race and then ran in the July.

Surely not such a clever move Naresh. Especially for a horse who will have stamina doubts over 2200, one cannot run it over 1600 7 days before a 2200. To be, if it runs, it sounds like an emotional decision just to have runners!

Rabada should doddle the million rand race, then send him to the farm for a while and get ready for cape season

Azzie must be in a tough situation.

Rabada should definitely not run. 2000M is his absolute max and I agree, go for the money race and prep for QP & Met. Brugman/Jooste clearly pushing to make sure DJ is in after what happened.

Then there are the huge Abba doubts with that weight and the history of what the triple crown has take out of previous winners. But possible owner pressure.

I see Craig Zackey is on Judicial.
De Melo not on for Punta Arenas who was never going to qualify.
Romany Prince scratched.

Many runners race on the Saturday before the Tuesday of the Melbourne Cup over 3200m.

Muzi booked for Campanajo on Ten Gun Salute and looks like Howells is going to book a jockey for Saratoga Dancer there as well.

Read about this horse Isonomy during the Royal Ascot Festival.

In June, Isonomy was sent to Royal Ascot where, on the first day of the meeting, he defeated the 1877 Epsom Derby winner Silvio (the 4/9 favourite) in the Gold Vase over two miles.[9] Two days later, he competed in the Gold Cup, at that time regarded as the most important and prestigious weight-for-age race of the year.[10] The field included two of the previous season's leading Classic performers: the French-trained Insulaire, who had won the Prix du Jockey Club and finished second in both the Epsom Derby and the Grand Prix; and Jannette, who had won the Epsom Oaks and defeated the colts, including Insulaire, in the St Leger. Isononomy was held up in the early stages before moving up to contest the lead as the field entered the straight. As Isonomy accelerated only Insulaire attempted to match him, and the two pulled well clear of the rest. In the closing stages Isonomy pulled away to beat the French colt easily by two lengths "in a canter".[9]
