Is St Tropez guaranteed a run?
Rumours were that Marcus would ride it if it runs?
I have to back whatever he rides because I liked Legal Eagle strongly and can only assume that Bruggeman fancies something else, quite strongly!

The question might not be was Legal Eagle kept in for French Navy , but which Jooste runner do the weights suit ? Rabada ?

B) I pose the same question on here should the july become a weight for age race with conditions so that all the group races preceeding it have all the best horses in it and all run on merit ?also it will attract the best horses in the land..it would lose its gloss regarding betting turnover but do the positives outweigh the negatives?the july and Melbourne cup are the only 2 group ones that I know of that are so called handicaps the rest are weight for age events
