If forced to take a bet it would be a small win and place on Thornbird race 9

SELECTIONS

Race 1 - 1300m Maiden , Jamtin made a decent local debut and there should be a decent pace for him to run on at. 4 x 1 x 10 x 12

Race 2 - 1600m Maiden Italian Miss only needs to transfer her KZN form to PE to make her hard to beat on local debut. 3 x 10 x 1 x 2

Race 3 - 1900m Maiden Incadescence has shown some decent form since moving to the region can go close again today. 1 x 2 x 8 x 7

Race 4 - 1900m MR 64 HCP All The Bids only 2lb higher today after breaking his local duck, still chucked in on sand rating. 5 x 2 x 9 x 14

Race 5 - 1600m MR 80 HCP Kono well drawn and handicapper gives him an e/w chance today . 5 x 1 x 2 x 6

Race 6 - 1000m MR 71 HCP Durban Beach has been dissapointing on occasions in the Cape but a repeat of his last run would take him close today. 2 x 4 x 9 x 8

Race 7 - 1200m MR 64 HCP In Rem ran a bit below form latest, back on track today from a decent draw 10 x 8 x 1 x 4

Race 8 - 1200m MR 68 HCP Typhoon Tess has ran well recently against slightly better rivals, draw to over come but can run at them 2 x 4 x 3 x 1

Race 9 - 1200m MR 68 FM HCP Thornbird drop back to 1200m could suit if handling poly. 7 x 9 x 2 x 5

(1) Looking to World Conqueror or Jamtin to improve to win, from Lego House.
(2) Nothing between Italian Miss , Ruby Duchess and a run from Red Blondy.
(3) New Deal from Lemon Lilly and Incandescence.
(4) Storming Home
(5) Tell The Tale has the potential if over lameness, from Flying Fellow and Grape Vine - Hard to back a horse which was lame less than a month ago.
(6) La tasca if it turns out, or Nomvula and Durban beach to contest.
(7) Almost a match with Bollemakiesie and Flicker - got more value on Bollemakiesie.
(8.) Pipette from Gills Fancy and Gift Of Gold.
(9) Anything goes here - starting with Three G, Thornbird, Natural Tan, and Cherry Orchard. Leaning to Cherry Orchard.

This card will bring either huge riches or extreme poverty :)

Could any learned chap out there please tell me if Khumalo would have choice of rides in the 6th. Does he have any "allegiances" here (possibly specifically between the Bremner and Snaith yards)?
