So true,so the govt have enough sense to ensure that SARS is by far and away the most efficient area of the civil service!
In contrast, Phumulela management allow Saftote to be completely mismanaged, pushing more and more income into the hands of the open bet!

.....Rob when ever I see that Ad/Slogan I cringe and get a knot in my gut....they are not wrong....however as you say.....so badly managed they chase customers away.... :ohmy:

......racing as we know it will reach a tipping point when not enough revenue is ploughed back into staging races....smaller fields....poorer stakes....low betting interest and poof
