We need total collapse and to build this country step by step, brick by brick from the foundation up...otherwise we will continue applying bandages and plasters and other short-term remedial measures with the scar tissue never to be attended to...

The generation that will benefit will be my daughter's generation in that they will be completing schooling in 10-12 years and university in about 15 years and if the collapse and rebuilding is deferred, we will be talking about and papering over the same issues in 10-15 years from now...

Madam speaker is the most one sided and biased chair person iv ever come across. EFF according to rules had every right to raise points of orders and imo are being victimized and unfairly treated by the speaker. DA also eluded to the fact that rules should not just be put on hold. This is shambles
