I am not sure who else he (also known as Sean Brown) blames for his recent spats on the forum but I have been receiving harassing and abusive PM's and E-Mails from him.
I have downloaded and passed them to my attorney for his opinion in case the abuse is more threatening and serious than just his normal defensive and angry tantrums.
(I am sure the PM's are also available to the site administrators if need be)

Shame.
I've always found Loopy to be easy to get on with.
He gets unwarranted stick now and then, when promoting he's ratings.

I can remember when Siddharth won on debut his ratings gave it has a top bet. I know its computerized ratings, but throw a first timer has a top bet, is mind boggling just because of its, trainer and jockey and whatever else was taken into account. Plenty of top trainers/top jockey combinations have lost first time out even when they were backed in. The system needs a tweak, as he says its computerized and not tips, so its Actuarial Science or Artificial Intelligence, which is commanded by a human being which only can work if the right information/data is given and then refined of any abnormalities.

Funnily enough ,I never once challenged his ratings ............I happen to believe in ratings, and I use my own, as an initial analysis tool, and then using further filters to fine tune! ...............but if he was challenged on anything he just got so defensive!
