KENILWORTH, 09/12

Played the double :-

R2) Silicone Valley X (R3) Seymour

I thought Silicone Valley was somewhat unlucky not to win last time out although beaten by 1.50 lengths. If memory serves me right, the horse cruising behind a wall of horses on the stand-side and the penny only dropped for the jockey when the race was all but over. Switched in for a run, running on by far the best, unfortunately that was a 1200m race and no further. Hoping Domeyer doesn't make the same mistake.

Seymour, with the additional pull at the weights with Keep On Chooglin, must have a realistic chance of reversing the placing. I feel the horse may have been a touch keen last time with the blinkers resulting in him having nothing left at the business end of the race. Blinkers removed tomorrow and with the additional pull at the weights should go close.

Play well.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Race 2 - Always like bayerns input but tend to disagree on silicone valley .
I like the chances of Prince of thieves. at around 8/1.
Last run was from a 3 month absence.was not ridden badly .
Silicone rightfully so was off for something like 10 months or so.
maybe has some soundness issues perhaps.
any improvement from the last run and prince of thieves and no race.

Race 3 - Panga Panga Best runs been over Kenilworth 1200m.
Will win going away.

Race 8 - Beautiful Bird looks to be a big runner and my best bet of the day!
take the 7/2 all day long .
will come home smoking a fat pipe.

Runners today
Race 1 Twenty four carat-stood in a hole and stumbled last time- ignore run. Has been gelded and rested so may need it, but has the ability to pop up.
Race4 Entre Nous- trying shorter as she shows lots of pace in work. Each way shout. Stable companion Tender Trip will be right there.
Race 8 Deep Secret disappointed last time- not entirely sound. Has the ability to win this.
