I really dont know who is incharge of this circus ? Two years ago (Southern Cross Stakes) Mike's Welwitschia did a flick-flack in the saddling enclosure which put pay to her race because of the loud music next to the enclosure. Now again,same race, music blaring and a horse rears and hits her head against the roof while being saddled. Horse ok but could have been so different.
Cant anybody think now days ?
