More then 7000 revellers at the Berlin November Handicap.

Plans are to make it the biggest event ever.

There are talks of a multi billion mall which will include a state of the art race track to be build.

I see they have they own website. The Eastern Cape has always produced good cricketers and rugby players of people of less fortunate circumstances, so why not horsemen. It could only make horseracing better and move away from being an elitist sport and a "Sport of Kings"
