From 1-Dec-15. Horse which is scr from a Race on vet grounds shall be automatically suspended for 12 days from the date of the Race from which it was scratched.
As from 1-Dec-15. All participating Horses shall be in the parade ring at least 15 minutes before the advertised time of starting of the Race.
