When was the last time FORTUNE was on bottom weigh

When was the last time Andrew Fortune was able to ride the bottom weight in a handicap?

Greyville Wednesday there is a MR75 1600m race where the bottome weight of 12 is carrying 57 KG

There is also a 2000m MR 66 race where the bottom weight carry`s 55.5 kg

Something wrong with the program or?

Just checking Fridays dec

17 horses (including reserves ) have been elinated from the MR66 1400m race and the bottom weight is carrying 57KG is this new policy? will this create better quality consistent results? will this make it easier for punters?

Surely a second division would be the better option?
