bettingworld payout backlog 25/10/15

Are there any other clanners being effected by this backlog of payouts.
I'm still waiting on one bet on the swiss super league , the match was at 14:45 and I am still waiting for the pay out.

I phone support and they say they sorry about the backlog and they don't know how long it will take. Also that they are dealing with 10 other accounts some with bets as early as 12 pm that are still not showing a result too.

I like Bettingworld (the site) because their actual cash outs are very speedy - the bank transfers I mean. Just need to vent and see if anyone else is also effected by this.
It's going on 6 hours soon.

I mean I've been with Bettingworld (when online, exclusively Bettingworld) for many years and this is the biggest inconvenience I've had as they are generally a smoothly run operation.

Only problem i ever have is not being able to back winners

Sure they must be waiting on their results provider sending data?

is annoying. when they say they don't know how long it'll be and there is a backlog of results.
i want specifics. think i'll phone back. maybe be a bit more stern, point them in the direction of this thread perhaps.

*Edit*: still nothing. at 11.30 pm. When I check on the bet in my bet history it still appears unresulted - their term (it appears as active to me).

Gonna hope it's done by when I wake up or yeah, as I said my approach will have to be more stern.

edit: 10:30 am still nothing, i had to phone then the consultant phoned the sports trading department and phoned me back.
10.35 : Finally resulted and paid out.
almost 24 hours later.

How was Niko promoting betting world fixed odds bets, he said they been doing it for about 6 month now, as far as I know it's 2 1/2 years on the go. I bet he dose not know how fixed odds work as well
