An eight race card with no feature but race 6 is the main race an MR95.

Race 7; Novice Plate: #3 SUBLIME LADY; shown class in penultimate start; beaten favourite last time; best weighted by far; stable Bass is in form; runs fresh; www.hollywoodbets.net offering 11/2.

Prosperous punting B)

If Bernard can make the 57kg On the Bruss horse in the fourth I think it's worth a punt e/w.

Taking my chances with these two tomorrow :-

R2) Bora Bora, appears to have needed the comeback run last time out. Hopefully the blinkers coupled with a decent draw does the trick.

R7) Moonlight 'N Roses, I don't believe this horse is an out and out sprinter, so I think the debut win was full of merit. There has been two winners from that debut race, so the form is not too shabby and on breeding she should relish the extra. If jumping on terms, think she'll take some stopping.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

I fancy-

Pirangi in Race 3 @7/1.
One Way Race 4 @3/1.

HEY ALL HAVE A GREAT DAY :]

Race 1=OUR DESTINY should open the meeting on a good first run has some nice speed and can get away from the field

Race 2=BENJI'S DYNASTY the first timer is a good breed and with good jockey aboard and trading at 10/1 this is a nice E/W bet danger WINTER PRINCE

Race 3=MAKE THE MAGNET & CARRIE BOW CAY should have a nice battle going on

Race 4=BAKSTEEN could today be the day for BAKSTEEN to finally win that MAIDEN PLATE good draw field is danger go wide

Race 5=KWASSA KWASSA is a horse that can upset today and in this race i think KWASSA KWASSA is in with a chance as well as Shepherds Purse & Bordered In Grey

Race 6=CATKIN can make it 2 in a row if strides out and runs on danger 6,7,2

Race 7=NORDIC WIND big run expected & MOONLIGHT 'N ROSES

Race 8=Professor Brian to finish things of for me looks good today

We have the game and consistent Blarney Bay running in the 6th. A very competitive field, and he does not have the best of draws. He is fit and well, and should again run in the money.
If Catkin does not need the run he is the horse to beat. The Bass runners both have good chances- Grant v Niekerk has chosen Laurie's Gold. Waiting for Rain has a poor draw but is well in at the weights.
Race1: The money has come for first timer Grozny, but if Our Destiny behaves at the start she will be hard to beat. Qing good debut and draw so should be thereabouts. A couple of nicely bred first timers to watch- especially Fantastic Trip out of champion filly Lady Windermere.
Race 2: Snaith has a strong hand, but Winter Prince and Hammies Game should improve on fair debuts. Nutbush was disappointing last time but should strip fitter today.

Race 3: Carrie Bow Cay is a banker. Make the Magnet and Jamaica me Crazy to fight out the places.
Race 4: One Away and Avail are both on the up and should fight this out. Plenty with place chances.
Race 5: Ready to Attack, Schachar and Lord Marshall are smart 3yos, taking on a couple of hard knocking older horses, the best of which are Valerio and Storm Faerie. Schachar is first choice at the weights from a nice draw.
Race 7: Elusive Stars takes on a number of smart, improving younger fillies, but should be good enough at these weights to win. Nordic Wind and Sublime Lady have proven form and will be in the shakeup. Moonlight 'n Roses impressed on debut and could be anything. Probably the most interesting race on the card.
Race 8: Galaxy King very well in at the weights and if repeating his last effort should win. Otherwise a wide open race.

PeterD you owned the dam of Fantastic Trip in Race 1 Lady Windermere, who won the Garden Province, any thoughts on this one for the future.

Naresh, stable companion is preferred in Race 1, but Fantastic Trip is a very nice filly and could run in the money.
