3) Cautious Optimism - 0.9 (P)
Kempton - Race 4
(7) Sky Cape - 0.75 (W)
Kempton - Race 6
Playing this win-place double, nice value at 2.4/1 when I got on.
Both are supported by Time Form and suggested by At the Races.

R8 Kempton Hellbender E/W. Wins in his turn and it's been a long time since he has been eligible to run in a 0-55 handicap on the A/W. Well drawn for a horse who likes to race close to the pace and tonight might just be his night. 7/1 or above is a decent E/W price.
