What exactly does the Jockey Club stand for?

Integrity does not feature it seems.
A few years ago the rooms were abuzz about the fact that ex jock Mark Khan had been caught cheating in an exam for his trainers licence. To further complicate matters he was assisted by Neville Daniels, a stipe at the time. Daniels subsequently resigned and left under a cloud.
I was told a while back that Mark Khan was working for Gary Alexander. Andrew Fortune has joined this team and good luck to them. My question is why has the NHA never publically acknowledged the fraud, never took any public action and never sanctioned Khan.

Amazing that the racing community all know these stories but never say fuck all , sit in their debt ridden yards praying nothing is said about them .
Then soon as a punter complains or says a horse was a cockle they are first on the phone .
The amount of shite that goes on in racing is disgusting and all detrimental to the sport .
Champion trainers kicking horses
Trainers failing to take horses for pre race testing, then remarkably selling on the same day( even though had been smashed in the betting )
Betting coups
Running cripples
Lack of transparency

There have been a number of things discussed on the forum that got heated but were "suspended" with suggestions of "waiting for the facts to unfold over time"............................very few were ever heard of again!!!!...............on the forum or in the press.

Rob people on the inside leak stuff, then when you go back for a follow up the issue has usually been resolved ( usually by a broom and a carpet )

Bob to add to that list heard of a trainer who used to collect training fees from " owners " who were sold shares in horses that they had never seen and were non-existant........here in KZN.
