Was never in doubt. After it won the Kentucky Derby from that horrible draw it was always at its mercy to win the Triple Crown. Lots being said of the owner though.

Brilliant run by a great horse. Mubtaahij was not disgraced at all. Although I was very happy to get the coverage, I thought that it was of a very moderate quality to say the least. You could not see the horses in the parade ring, bad camera placing's, long silences and IMHO one of the worst coverage's of a big race like this that I have ever seen. Was that the same coverage that was seen in the USA and around the world? Compare it to what we saw at Epsom and the Vodacom July, Met etc. Looked very amateur. Anyway was happy just to see the race.

True Craig agree but that was the feed we were given and I am sure in the States they have an Epsom type station but we just got the one with the handheld Betamax recorder

mind u all the races we get from the States are much the same quality feed as the main race.
