Qatar World Cup.

Surely this needs to stop, remove the World Cup from Qatar. Its bad enough that it's shrouded in bungs and backhanders.
But the death rate from migrant workers is horrendous. In 2022, Qatar will host the World Cup. Since 2012, about 900 workers have died while working on infrastructure in Qatar, in a building boom anticipating the World Cup.
Over 400 Nepalese migrant workers had already died at building sites. Between 2010 and 2012 more than 700 workers from India lost their lives working on construction sites in Qatar, too. A report by the International Trade Union Confederation says that if conditions don’t get any better, by the time the World Cup kicks off, at least 4,000 migrant workers will have died on the job.
For comparison, 25 construction workers died during the preparations for Sochi. six workers have died during construction for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil that starts this summer. Only eleven men died during the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge in the 1930s.
Obviously health and safety doesn't exist in Qatar.

What a waste of good money by the Arabs spending about USD 200 billion for country that is not a football nation. Rather put the money to better use in the countries of migrant workers from Nepal,India etc.
The Russian bid is also under scrutiny by a Swiss co.
The figures quoted as deaths of migrant workers is also being questioned with the country requesting a retraction by the Washington Post.
Strange strange world we live in Master Jack, a coalition led by the USA and supported by it's allies inc.the UK under pretext of weapons of mass destruction destroyed the sovereign state of Iraq, murdered, raped and bombed millions of civilians inc women and children and yet life goes on and on without any Human Rights, World Court prosecutions and war crime tribunals for the warmongers whose connected companies also profited from the arms and ammunition used in the war.
Why? Are they somehow exempt from prosecution for crimes yet others like Jack Warner, Sepp Blatter etc must face prosecution and lengthy jail sentences without having blood on their hands.
