The worlds best rider has two rides today at Lingfield. He is easing himself back into it after a busy 2016. Yesterday he showed how to win on an odds on arm chair ride. See your boy failed to see his arm chair home. Today he rides Arab Spring 4/1 and Remember the Man 5/2 . He is warming up for the season which kicks off next month and if you follow him this year you both will be well on top

Good start to six nations for me , some interesting handicaps this weekend
Wales + 5.5 looks a fair bet against a sluggish looking English side
France -6.5 is my best bet , they will get on top of Scotland early and it will be all over as a contest pretty early in this one
Ireland - 21.5 , Italy look like the whipping boys and are there for Ireland to put away if they so wish

so you cant bring yourself to congratulate Scotland on a great win. They beat a team that have beaten both the Boks and the ABs over the last 6 months. Secondly you must be thanking your lucky stars the the Boks were not scheduled to play Scotland on their tour last year :whistle:
