Hollywood - Unpleasant Experiences

I wanted to know if others have experienced this message on Hollywood?


Secondly on average how long do other punters here wait for withdrawals to be processed, I get 1 done for the 25th Jan but the smallest one, my remaining three withdrawals made on the same day are still pending, then yesterday I made another two but goodness only knows when those will be done, probably during 2016 sometime.

It's fantastic to have the facility of on the spot betting off your mobile or PC but when I win I wait three, four sometimes five days, these experiences have left me at a loss for words cause nobody gives me answers, just excuses!

Anyone know how this is supposed to be regulated? Surely it's not ethical to make me or anyone else wait for their money.

Do other online betting operators take so long to process withdrawals.

Depends when you make your withdrawals etc, uk if you make them on a friday etc it can sometimes take a week to withdraw, usually 3 to 4 days

Hollywood probably have 10k a double limit on your online account sure you can phone up and increase it,its done so they can monitor liabilities etc and safeguard mistakes

Thanks Bob, I can't even take the bet for 10.00. I do have many multiples running but not for massive stakes. I'll give them a call in the morning.

W.p. I have this problem all the time with yankees. If u fancy one 16/1 shot and put in 3 or 4 yankees, next thing u can't use this same horse in further yankees even a R 11 yankee....... says u have exceeded your limit.
U have to wait for this " outsider " to get beat before u can proceed normally again.

Normally if I withdraw today, its in my account tomorrow.

Just phone in and ask for your limit to be increased.

Did that yesterday and they increased it.

Pay outs are faster on my side.

My only gripe on the mobile site is when i take a bet and the price change of one
leg it doesnt specify on which leg. One have to do the bet all over again.

I also always get those "liability" msg's and think maybe it's because i bet small stakes for big
payouts,very very frustrating!

Withdrawals never a problem though
If i want to withdraw anything from 2k to 7k i somma go to a branch and get cash
If its more than 10k i just call them and they process immediately

I have asked my team to investigate why your withdrawals are still pending on your account. It might involve something to do with your credit card deposits, but I have asked them to contact you.

We don't process account withdrawals on Saturday nights or Sundays because we can only do these during banking hours. However it should not have taken till today to clear. The team will investigate. As the others have said, they usually take 24-48 hours at most to clear. You can also withdraw at the branch as long as it's under 10k, and the branch has enough cash on hand.

With regards to the bet you were trying to take last night on Bernadine, it seems you weren't the only one trying to back it. We had hit our liability limit on it, and therefore were not laying any more bets on it. Our website has that limit to stop us getting slaughtered on a horse overnight. Betting is available on the horse now.

Thanks for the speedy reply Dev. As mentioned before I don't use credit cards to deposit, it's a straight bank deposit where my account is debited immediately. Secure Instant Deposits are guaranteed by the banking institution so there should never be a reason to hold my withdrawals for so long. Unfortunately I don't have time to visit a branch and trust that Hollywood will conduct my withdrawals as per the 24-48 hours, it's now been 96 hours.

the only answer is to have exchanges just like betfair as it seems the bookmakers in this country are getting away with murder ..all Hollywood do is sit and watch interbet and when 20 rand is traded antepost on a horse then they shorten their websites price on that particular horse.....interbet as well is actually proving to be a negative for antepost markets and if it was banished from racing would actually be in the punters favour

My withdrawls(not many as normally loose ) have always been deposited the same day. My deposit today took exactly 6 mins to reflect in my account!
