There are a few basics that must be observed when doing BANK DEPOSITS in order to make sure everything happens quickly. Please also make sure you do the SAME BANK deposits (FNB to FNB etc.) :
1) Use your HOLLYWOOD ACCOUNT NUMBER as the REFERENCE. Please don't use your name/surname, bank account number, cell phone number or leave it blank. We need to be able to find your deposit, and the account number is the easiest and quickest way.
2) PLEASE send a DEPOSIT NOTIFICATION via the website, or the mobisite. We will be receiving a vast number of deposits, and we cannot tell if you have made a deposit unless you tell us! A deposit notification tells our team that have made a deposit, and they can clear it.

This will enable our team to quickly find your deposit. The more information they have, the better.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you keep a record of your deposits, and request PROOF OF PAYMENT or keep your DEPOSIT RECEIPT. All bank sites allow you to print confirmation of any payments you make. Keep this, because if our team can still not find a deposit (or if the banks go down, and we cannot access the site), this will give us proof that you have made the deposit. This can be emailed to the above email addresses.
We understand your aggravation when there is a delay in deposits being cleared, but we feel your aggravation too. It is our business to lay bets, and we want to clear your deposits as quickly as possible. So the more info on your deposit we get, the easier it will be for us to clear it.
