If you look at the weights, nothing can come close to the top weights. The rest are sub par to say the least.

On their July run the recently gelded Tellina has both Legislate and Futura cold..3,5KG and 6.5KG respectively for a 1L beating,added to this he was drawn 15 whilst Futura drew 2, the LQP was his first run back since gelding and over a trip clearly too short for him he ran 2L off the winner at levels...25/1 has to be a HUGE price...

Carded to run this Saturday in the Cape Flying Championship over 1000m with Smanga riding. Probably will be scratched on Met Day.

Only 15 runners ? What happened to the rest - I know the de Kock team has decided that it would be in the best interest of the filly to keep her in Gauteng - but I wonder if had they known how the field would cut up (and also the doubts about Legislate), they might have made a different decision ?

And I agree - the 45/1 I took abt Tellina ante-post does not look too bad now :)
