Legislate was very disapointing yes but there is no getting away from the fact that Futura has put in his best run of his career imo .

Coming from way back up the "wrong" side of a slowish pace to beat a top class field over a trip that on the past has looked short of his best odes well for the rest of his career

You can stick his name on the MET now imo

This is one of those special horses to own and train.. Wins on debut..then wins a handicap..abplate race...an open race..and all along all da other goos 3 y olds are running in graded top races..and he slips in under da raidar..next thing u now na da favourites for july..running a good 3rd..den anfew months later 2x grade 1 winner..awesome
