Veteran South African breds weekend double..

Kings Gambit @ 33/1 in the John Smiths Cup at york a race he was an unlucky shd second last year...

War artist @ 20/1 in The July Cup a race he was third in a couple of years ago...

Both horses have shown they retain ability and a few Rand e/w won`t harm us..

And Sweet Sanette in the Kings Stand Stakes on Friday, yum yum ... she's not a bad sprinter and well worth a place bet imho.

I think War Artist is massive Value,have we all forgotten that J J only beat him a sht hd in Dubai? and J J would be knowhere near a 20/1 shot in this race...

What happened to War Artist? I booked the use of the TV for 5 minutes against heavy competition, and lo and blerry behold, no WA! Was he scratched also? Or am I having another time-slip experience like with Sweet Sanette (LOL, Hibernia!)
