Included are the British Racing School, Northern Racing College and Ireland's Race, whose director Keith Rowe outlined the wish for a network for young people to gain professional development opportunities through an exchange system.

He added: "It is about broadening the mind and giving people opportunities to expand and experience other racing jurisdictions."
