Some info on Beverley racecourse

Right handed 1m 3f oval track, situated in Yorkshire. The effect of the draw.HIGH numbers have an advantage in races up to a mile..BUT..low numbers of soft ground. The going today at present is good to soft (work that out)..so I think high draw numbers for today.

Not as useful as Mori's input but I recall a great pub on route from York to Beverley, The Altisidora, situated by a nice lake with some oversized swans and the lager and bar meals are spot on. To the course then and park your vehicle next to the stands, in you go and enjoy Yorkshire and Humberside hospitality during the day. A friendly, pleasant track with a nice atmosphere.
For a night out, beware of the City of Hull a little further along the road where the hospitality for visitors extends to getting your head kicked in, allbeit, free of charge.
Go Racing in Yorkshire......simply the best (bar Ireland)
