Jockey stamps on horses back

Silvestre De Sousa has been given a 5 day ban for repeatedly stamping on his horses back in the starting stalls at Lingfield yesterday. He says that he did not harm the horse and will be appealing against the ban. I have seen the pictures and it does not show horse racing in a good light.
