Couple of decent meetings from Pont and Windsor

The going is heavy at Windsor today and if its anything like the last meeting will be hard going.

Have noticed that Commanche and Passo (both running race 2) won on the Heavy at last years meeting

Commanche ran half decent last time and has a young appie up taking 5 off.. my play today

Agree COMMANCHE could go well. Think SEAL ROCK danger.

Another hoping to win same race is MADAME LILLIBET 4.40 Pont. - form nothing special this year but think could have been lined up for repeat.

Fancy Haggas to possibly take 1st 2 at Pont. (Sullivan 1/1 for him).

Going to be a real slog today so 2 bottom weights I will probably be on are LUNAR SPIRIT (4.20 Win) - won a 10f at Pont. in soft (tough course with that uphill finish) and PERFECT PASTIME (4.50 Win) - second to PHAROH JAKE which was given (IMO) a brilliant ride by jock by opting to go far rail at Brighton in a bog.

Some very interesting runners today at both meetings who appear to enjoy the soft to heavy going but I will refrain from putting them up as I have made a cock out of myself over the past couple of months with my fancies.

what a joke that Shetland pony gold cup race was. The starter let them go with the eventual winner about 20 yards ahead of most of them and the last horse home started 100 yards behind.

Gloroius Dancer could provide the shock at Pontefract although my first choice would be Ocean Sheridan
