Enjoy a good one with family and friends. If you in Cape Town spend the day at Durbanville braai kit and equipment on course Take your Captain Bagg along...

Great write-up from Sporting Post with the emphasis that it's a National Heritage Day Celebration......................braais can be eaten every day, there is a lot of health benefits in doing so.

Now over to the homeopath Kristie N to give us the benefits of grilling meat!!! :lol:

It started raining here in PE at 02.30 this morning.
It is till raining now at 7.15 pm.
Both dogs have got there legs crossed as they refuse to go outside and they know where they cannot .
Did have thoughts of a braai but forget it.
