Beez Brother... hmmm

I don`t think the drop back to 1000m is a positive, but this might be a poorer field than last time

The Kotze coup was clearly reducing MR by at least 5-6 lengths and then backing in a handicap ,to get the benefit!

Agreed Rob! Look I'm just making the clanner's aware, it could be something or it could be nothing at all. Just strange that both Borman runners have been backed from big odds.[/quote

Agree WP.................whenever a horse is backed for no apparent reason ......BEWARE..............and especially when more than one from same stable/same day!

Race 4 : Plenty with chances so here goes... Melody Pipa has a good chance but there are concerns for me that the distance might be a little short however gets the services of Khumalo, watch the betting! My Beloved needs to find more but if repeating his penultimate must have a chance. Son of A P, stable in great form, drawn well and get's the services of Naude, a strong case can be made and he's 3rd behind Play Play on the 14th June reflects his preference for the shorter trip, he was only 0.55 lengths behind Play Play and can upset, IMO a big runner. Master Banker another well bred individual and although his form has been modest he could be way too good for this bunch, I do feel however that he would probably prefer 1800m at this time of his career and he's also having his first run at Bingo. Anointed King and Mr Seven both have obvious chances but make little appeal in the form of the eventual winner. Vodka Rocks needs further... Commanderincharge narrowly my 1st selection here despite being drawn a little wide, his last run was inspiring when drawn 11/11 and still managed to finish a credible 2nd behind Imperial Coast. Khalil probably looking for 1000m or 1200m, Said and Done needs to improve drastically to find the placing's. Run for The Bowl, Dance to the Beat (2nd run after a rest) and Mo Is Th (Rested 13 weeks) can all feature at the back end of quartets. Selections - Commanderincharge X Son of A P X Master Banker

Race 5 : Captain Siderius look best treated here at the ratings, a much improved run last time out in similar company could see him feature here again, I do prefer others though. Troubled Waters seems troubled of late and needs to reproduce some of his earlier form to make a statement. Dansili Express always there about, course and distance cannot be faulted and he obviously enjoys the Bingo 2200m, he's last run was up at Turffontein when he faded the last three furlongs. Sir Isaac... some great form if you disregard his two last efforts, wasn't striding out on his penultimate and never showed in his last, seems enough to make me look elsewhere. Run for Wally needs to find many lengths with Dansili Express. Duchess Catherine needs shorter, perhaps she's better over 1400m, all her wins have come at Bingo and she's contesting against the boys. I would be interested to see Billy's Legacy over the 1400m again, IMO using front running tactics could suite him over shorter but today I can't see him featuring in the top six. Marx Tiger should not be running in this race! Selections - Dansili Express X Captain Siderius X Sir Isaac

To be continued...

Hope Autodrome can bring this one home for Oscar. Really liked the look of the first timer Dare To Differ and at 25/1 doesn't need to be a superstar to win here. Doing swingers and exacta's on the two mentioned.

Trust the Pink each way - form not bad and quite lightly raced.

Good afternoon Clanners

Not much to say today. Too many with chances imo

But as always we have our opinions

R1 Marchioness Janie and Trust the Pink for places. Not sure about Autodrome. Can't say why. Waiting for the egg....

R2 Agree with Colors on Nisa's Trip. And I will not be surprised if Enchanting LASS sneaks a top 4 finish for Ziets. I will be putting both the Miller runnners in my QT

R3 Probably the most difficult of the day

R4 Dance of the Beat, Son of AP and Master Banker for me

R5 Danssili and Wally exacta

TOO SCARED TO GUESS ANY MORE :woohoo:

Have fun all
